Welcome to the “I’m Feeling ______”: Mental Health Fair 2021, hosted by Asian Pacific Health Corps (APHC) at UCLA. This event includes FREE services such as: private mental health consultations and mental wellbeing workshops. Come out to learn more about the current issues facing Asian American and Pacific Islanders, ways to help, and strategies to maintain mental health at the comfort of your own home!

WHEN: Saturday, May 8th, 2pm to 5pm PST (Pacific Standard Time)

​WHERE: Private mental health consultations will be held on a privacy-certified online telehealth platform called “VSee.” After you register through the links below, we will email you back links that you can click on to access the event. Other free workshops will be held on the video conferencing platform “Zoom.”

PRIVATE MENTAL HEALTH CONSULTATION INFORMATION:
If you would like a 30-minute private consultation with a mental health professional, please fill out the Registration Form above. Appointments are on a first come first serve basis. Once you have registered, we will send you an email a week before the event confirming your appointment time. If you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please email us at aphc.hf@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please note that spots for these private consultations are limited, so rescheduling to another time slot may not be possible.​

WORKSHOP INFORMATION:
Aside from mental health consultations, no appointment is necessary for our other free services. Throughout the event, we will have workshops pertaining to mental health and wellbeing, understanding current AAPI issues, meditation and mindfulness sessions, and more! Once you have registered, we will send you a detailed schedule with links to each workshop.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Since this health fair will be hosted online, you will need to have access to a computer/laptop, a Wi-Fi connection, a webcam, and a microphone. For private mental health consultations on VSee, we recommend using Google Chrome as your browser.

RAFFLE:
We will be randomly selecting 5 winners to receive a $20 gift card to either 1) a supermarket of your choice OR 2) Amazon! For each workshop you attend, you will receive one entry in the raffle.
