Lyane Fong Peralta joined APCF in 2022 as the Scholarship Manager. She now oversees and coordinates 13 scholarship programs as the Scholarship Manager. Prior to joining APCF, Lyane was active in the API community as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an emphasis in Children, Youth and Families. She has worked for several nonprofit organizations, including Big Sisters of Los Angeles, Chinatown Service Center, Asian Pacific Women's Center and WRAP Family Services, supervising clinical and case management programs. She has served on several nonprofit API Boards of Directors, volunteering her expertise in the mental health field. Lyane graduated with a BA in Economics from UCLA and with a Masters in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach.
