Mag-usap tayo or "Let's talk" about mental health. This once-a-month psychoeducational series will explore mental health disorders and its prevalence in the Filipino-American community. Topics include stigma, depression, anxiety, substance use, and grief and loss. Each session will cover the importance of wellness and invite participants to practice self-care activities. This session is for those who identify as Filipino, but all are welcome to attend.
