LEAP is currently accepting applications for the LEAP Impact: Leadership Development for Nonprofit Staff Program. This is a three-part, six-month program designed to develop Asian and Pacific Islander staff for future and current leadership and management roles in nonprofit organizations and increase the retention of those committed to working in the nonprofit sector.

Part I: The Learning Component (Virtual)

Part II: One-on-One Executive Coaching over six months and 2 peer coaching workshops

Part III: The Renewal Component
