She facilitates ketamine-assisted therapy and also serves on the Advisory Circle for New Seneca Village, a nonprofit network offering restorative retreats for cis, trans and non-binary Black, Indigenous and women of color leaders.
Working from a social justice lens, she supports her clients in developing a better understanding of themselves in the context of broader systems while also practicing concrete skills to make positive changes in their lives. She is passionate about destigmatizing mental health and using holistic approaches to increase wellness and connection so that all beings can cultivate meaningful, authentic, and intentional lives.
