Hate Is A Virus started with friends gathering in a crisis to take care of each other & do what we could to help. As LA fights these fires and starts to care for the people who need it most, we're partnering with Cafe Bleu to get together and support disaster relief. From 6:30-9:30, 100% of a specially curated drink menu and a portion of all other sales will go directly to support disaster relief. A happy hour isn't the most important thing as our city burns. If you want to be in community, we'd love to see you and catch up in person. If you can't make it (or even if you do) - please be well, and donate & volunteer wherever you can. Here's some places to start:
⚪ ARC Firefighter Fund - supporting the immediate needs & future outcomes of incarcerated firefighters. https://antirecidivism.org/firefighterfund/
⚪ California Community Foundation (CCF) - grantmaking to a wide variety of community organizations impacted by & supporting victims of the Fires. https://www.calfund.org/funds/wildfire-recovery-fund/
