Friday, April 3rd is opening day of the SBA Paycheck Protection Program – but instead of relief, confusion is rampant, and nonprofits are frustrated. Some banks are adding additional requirements, for example, that your organization already have a current business account with them. Others are declaring that they won't accept loan applications that day at all.
