Restless Southern Californians welcome re-entry to their neighborhoods and resuming daily living activities, including going back to work. A few California counties are due to rescind their lockdown orders in late April. Others will comply with the order until it is rescinded. Other US cities, such as New York, are considering a multi-phase reopening strategy. What’s the plan for LA County?
