The Haunted Little Tokyo Block Party returns for its 7th year! This free Halloween party is made possible by a partnership between local nonprofit organizations and businesses, drawing over 4,000 people to Little Tokyo. As a sponsor, CAUSE will be once again hosting the Costume Contest and providing voter resources for the upcoming elections.
