Description: Discover Your Mental Wellness with CSC! Chinatown Service Center, Monterey Park Recreation and Community Services and Monterey Park Bruggemeyer Library are hosting a mental health resource fair in which you can partake in 5 self-care activities, talk with other mental health organizations, and enjoy some free food, boba, and snacks. The activities include coloring, journaling, terrarium-building, meditation activities, and wellness animals. You will be able to take home a bunch of mental health-related items that center around your self-care. Free food is limited for the first 100 individuals, but is free to purchase for the duration of the event.
