Instead of a fundraising gala this year, the Filipino Migrant Center switching it up and having an adobo cook-off with contestants competing for the title of best home-cooked adobo in SoCal! In addition to the contestants' food, all attendees will be well-fed with other Filipino food, including vegetarian options, from Bahay Kainan restaurant in Carson (included with the price of admission)
